Abstract:
A small-tooth-difference planetary speed-reduction mechanism and a tooth shape design method therefor. The method comprises: constructing a small-tooth-difference planetary speed-reduction mechanism, the mechanism comprising a planetary gear (1), an elastic gear ring (2) and a limiting gear carrier (3), the elastic gear ring (2) being provided with first inner teeth (21) capable of meshing with first outer teeth (11) of the planetary gear (1) and second outer teeth (22) capable of meshing with second inner teeth (31) of the limiting gear carrier (3), and the planetary gear (1) being driven by an eccentric shaft (4) and arranged eccentrically relative to the limiting gear carrier (3), such that the elastic gear ring (2) and the planetary gear (1) are deformed upon meshing; making the small-tooth-difference planetary speed-reduction mechanism satisfy a relational equation, so that the first outer teeth (11) form a motion trajectory M without cusps; and obtaining a tooth shape function of the first inner teeth (21) according to the motion trajectory M. In the design method, the meshing state of each tooth of the elastic gear ring (2) is related to a loaded state. By means of the tooth shape design of the first inner teeth (21), the elastic gear ring (2) is subjected to extrusion and deformation at a meshed position, so that a motion path of any point on the first outer teeth (11) of the planetary gear (1) is free of cusps, which can eliminate the overall side clearance of a gear train and improve the transmission accuracy. Further provided is a small-tooth-difference planetary speed-reduction mechanism constructed according to a tooth shape design method for a small-tooth-difference planetary speed-reduction mechanism.
