Abstract:
The present invention relates to a small-tooth-difference internally toothed planetary gear transmission reduction device which consists of two reduction mechanisms, a first-stage reduction mechanism and a second-stage reduction mechanism. Each reduction mechanism is composed of a parallelogram mechanism and a small-tooth-difference internally toothed planetary gear transmission mechanism. The first-stage reduction mechanism comprises a power input shaft, four axially overlapped first eccentric assemblies, four annular inner gear translational plates, an outer gear, and transmission shafts. Three or more inner gears are uniformly distributed along the circumference of the annular inner gear translational plate to divide power and overcome dead points. After the first-stage reduction mechanism is driven by power from one power source, the power is output to the second-stage reduction mechanism simultaneously from multiple transmission shafts. The second-stage reduction mechanism comprises two second eccentric assemblies mounted on each transmission shaft, two central inner gear translational plates and an outer gear output shaft coaxial with an input shaft. By adding a virtual constraint, the transmission precision and rigidity are improved, dynamic loads of all the support bearings are very small, the service life and the bearing capacity are improved, the starting inertia is reduced, and the manufacturing difficulty and processing cost are reduced.
