A sludge treatment apparatus comprises: a drier that dries first sludges to discharge second sludges; a combustor that burns the second sludges; and a serial pipe connected to the combustor, wherein the drier has air inlets through which air flows into the drier and the serial pipe is arranged adjacent to the drier.
