Abstract:

A sludge and organic garbage mixed resourceful treatment system, comprising a material mixing device (1), a gasification device (2), and a drying device (3). The material mixing device (1) comprises a material mixing bin (11), and the material mixing bin (11) is used for mixing sludge and organic garbage; the gasification device (2) comprises an anaerobic reaction bin (21), and a feeding end of the anaerobic reaction bin (21) is communicated with a discharging end of the material mixing bin (11); the drying device (3) comprises an incinerator (31), a feeding end of the incinerator (31) is communicated with a discharging end of the anaerobic reaction bin (21), and a gas inlet end of the incinerator (31) is communicated with a gas outlet end of the anaerobic reaction bin (21). According to the system, an organic matter disposal unit and a sludge disposal unit in organic garbage are combined, so that comprehensive disposal of organic matters is achieved; moreover, biogas generated by an anaerobic reaction is used for providing fuel and power for the incinerator (31) for combustion and drying, energy required by the system during operation is internally recycled, energy consumption is reduced, resource waste is reduced, and the utilization rate is increased.
