Abstract:
A slitting apparatus for producing a polyimide film, comprising a base (4), a second guide roller (9) disposed in a lower portion of an inner portion of a tensioning bracket (7), and a winding roller (2) disposed in a winding bracket (3), a slitting assembly (1) being disposed at an upper portion of a surface of one side of the winding bracket. The slitting assembly comprises a support frame (101), the support frame being disposed at a surface of one side of the winding bracket; a bidirectional ball screw (104) rotatably disposed in a groove (102), a first nut (103) and a second nut (105) being symmetrically disposed at two sides of the bidirectional ball screw, one end of the first nut being provided with a first knife holder (109), a surface of one side of the first knife holder being provided with a first knife(108), one end of the second nut being provided with a second knife holder (106), a surface of one side of the second knife holder being provided with a second knife (107), and the first knife and the second knife being connected to the support frame by means of an angle adjusting structure. The slitting apparatus can quickly adjust the spacing and the slitting width of the first knife and the second knife, and can simultaneously adjust the angles of inclination of the first knife and the second knife, thereby facilitating slitting of polyimide films of different thicknesses.
