Abstract:
A slideway-type locking pipe fitting comprises a connecting unit sleeved on the outer side of the connecting part of two pipes. A locking cap matched with the connecting part is sleeved on each pipe, and a tapered locking hole is formed in the inner side of the locking cap. A tapered sealing seam opposite to the tapered locking hole is formed in the inner side of two ends of the connecting unit, and a bi-conical sealing ring is provided in the annular space formed between the tapered locking hole, the tapered sealing seam and the outer side of the pipe, wherein the two ends of the bi-conical sealing ring are provided with tapered faces and match with the tapered locking hole and the tapered sealing seam; the outer edge of the connecting unit is provided with cylindrical sliding bodies, inclined slideway grooves matched with the cylindrical sliding bodies are provided in the inner side of the locking cap, and locking positioning grooves which are perpendicular to the axis direction of the locking caps and matched with the cylindrical sliding bodies are formed in the inner ends of the inclined slideway grooves. The slideway-type locking pipe fitting of the invention has simple structure as a whole, convenient installation, time-saving and labor-saving, no need for an auxiliary equipment and power supply in site, good connecting and sealing effect, improved working efficiency, repeatable assembly and long service life.
