Abstract:

Provided is a slicing device (100), comprising a press-fitting assembly (110), a cutting assembly (120) and a hot-pressing driving assembly (130), wherein the press-fitting assembly (110) and the cutting assembly (120) can be close to each other under the driving of the hot-pressing driving assembly (130) until a composite material strip (20) is clamped between a press-fitting surface (101) and an abutting surface (102); moreover, a cutter (122) can cut off the clamped composite material strip (20), such that the position where the composite material strip (20) is cut off is also clamped between the press-fitting surface (101) and the abutting surface (102); and at least one of the press-fitting surface (101) and the abutting surface (102) can heat the composite material strip (20), such that cut-off openings on two sides of the position where the composite material strip (20) is cut off can be subjected to heat-sealing treatment, and therefore, a plurality of film layers at the cut-off openings can achieve secondary compounding, thereby preventing a plurality of layers of diaphragms (21) at edges of the cut-off openings from tilting and preventing the diaphragms (21) from being stripped from a pole plate (22), further ensuring the precision of stacking, preventing a battery cell from short circuiting, and finally improving the quality of the battery cell. In addition, further provided is a lamination system (10).
