Description:
SKIN VACUUM SHAVING MACHINE

Technical Field

The present invention relates to electromechanical shaving machines.

State of the Art

Shaving machines that can shave wet or dry with one or more razor blades or equivalent cutters are manufactured and used in different designs with more than one manual and electronics feature. For purpose of continuous development of shaving machines for self-care and hygiene field, different special tools are frequently presented for usage by humans. After years that two-three piece screwed, comb, and disposable razor-threaded machines were used, disposable razor blades and machine handles combined products had been launched for usage. Currently, there are products with different designs but have close performance features. The first razor blade is registered under Jean Jacques Perret’s name (1762). William Samuel Henson developed a comb safety razor (1847). King Camp Gillette invented a specially designed disposable safety razor and patented this product with his family name ‘Gillette’ in 1961. Either for the single usage or multi -usage purposes, the razor has been produced based on the main working principle till now. Currently, there are different types of products with similar performances. However, there is an issue that cannot be overcome with the usage of current shaving machines. This issue is hairs between wrinkles that can be because of human anatomy or because getting older cannot be cut completely. When cutting these hairs either the mouth is get filled with air to be blown up the cheek or wrinkles in the face are stretched by the free hand’s fingers to shave this part of a face over and over to provide touch of the razor blades. Nevertheless, ideal shaving cannot be achieved since cutting near the hair root is not possible. The present invention solves this problem.

Brief Description of Invention

The invention is a skin vacuum shaving machine. It solves the problem of shaving on a wrinkled skin or other skin surfaces which needs to be stretch for better shaving. The invention provides shaving, closer to the hair root by vacuuming the skin.

Detailed Description of Invention

The objective of the invention is to cut hair, closer to the root by vacuuming skin. In the header of the shaving machine, there are air windows that vacuum the hair that is cut by the razor blades, shaving gel, shaving foam, and dead skin, after the machine touches the face or surface that will be shaved. A filtering means is positioned to keep the vacuumed shaving residues. The machine of the invention comprises 2 parts and a power supply.

Head Part

Head Part (1) comprises at least one, preferably more than one air window (3) to vacuum skin. Head part (1) can be structured as disposable or reuseable. Also head part comprises razor blade or equivalent hair cutters for shaving ( 4). Head part also includes a filtering means (2).

Body Part

Body part (10) is designed to be comfortably hold and the body includes a dynamo (not shown in figures) and an aspirator (6) connected to the dynamo via a mile inside in it. On the outer surface of the body, there are tum-on/off, slow-fast buttons (9) or sensors (7) that do the same function and there is an AC-DC power supply entrance (11). Vacuumed air evacuation is provided through a hole or holes (8) on the body.

Head Part (1) and Body Part is connected by an air tunnel (5) which has a flexible and spiral structure.

The invention aims to provide more ideal shaving over known shaving technics by cutting unwanted hairs on the human face or body, close to the roots using vacuum principle on skin.

The device of the invention working principle is as follows:

Tum-on/off button (9) located on body part, provide and stop the energy to the device. The skin is vacuumed by aspirator (6) through the air window (3). At least one air window (3) is sufficient to provide vacuum but more than one air window (3) is preferable. In case of more than one air window (3), they are located between each razor blade (4). By this way razors cut the hair closer to the root of the hair.

Cut hair, shaving gel, and dead skin wastes will be collected on the filter, located behind the razor blades. Vacuum shaver device of the invention can be applied to industry using different type of materials like polymer, steel, or equivalent materials. Different power supplies, different razor blades or cutters, different internal or external parts, and body designs can be used. The invention, is novel over the prior art and provides higher performance with less time and more close shaving to the hair root.
