Abstract:
Provided in the present invention is a sintered neodymium-iron-boron magnet as shown in a formula RxT100-x-y1-y2-zMy1Ay2Bz. The present invention specifically comprises three different solutions wherein zirconium and zirconium or niobium is added in an A alloy element and the specific addition amount is optimally designed, and the remaining components are specially designed, so that the residual magnetism, coercive force and magnetic energy product of a magnet alloy are improved, the magnet alloy has a relatively high performance, the production cost is lowered, the process is simple, and same has wide applicability and is suitable for large-scale industrial production.
