Abstract:
A single-spring high pressure reducer applicable to a hydrogen-energy handheld torch, comprising a valve body (1), a piston assembly (2), a valve cover (3), and a spring (4). The spring (4) is mounted on a step at the upper end of the valve body (1), the small end of the piston assembly (2) is mounted in a cylinder at the upper end of the valve body (1), and the valve body (1) is in threaded connection with the valve cover (3), so that the large end of the piston assembly (2) is located in the valve cover (3); the piston assembly (2) is provided with a double seal ring. The single-spring high pressure reducer is provided with a two-stage pressure reduction structure, the required outlet pressure and hydrogen flow are output after the pressure is reasonably distributed, the structure is simple, parts are precise, small, and exquisite, pressure reduction, flow control, and noise reduction functions are integrated, the characteristics of high reliability, miniaturization, and light weight are achieved, and the requirement of the hydrogen-energy handheld torch on the pressure reducer is met.
