Abstract:
A single-phase, resistance type, passive, anti-icing and ice-melting control device for a tension tower. The control device is composed of a temperature-sensing module, an induction resistor module, a protection resistor, and a toggle switch. The control device has three ports for external connection, the three ports being an input steel core port, an input aluminum wire port and an output port, respectively. The temperature-sensing module and the sensing resistor module are component modules. The temperature-sensing module comprises a sensing housing component, a temperature-sensing steel core component, a temperature-sensing sliding rod seat component, and a contact brush component. When installed, an insulator is used to secure a tension clamp onto a cross arm. The present single-phase, resistance type, passive, anti-icing and ice-melting control device is secured by means of an insulator onto a cross arm of a power transmission wire of a tension tower, and is connected with the power transmission wire by means of the ports for external connection. The present invention has the advantages of an overall weight of the control device being light and the device being directly usable for existing transmission wires and road tension towers without reinforcement; being able to achieve automatic temperature adjustment of a power transmission wire; passive sensing and control in the temperature adjustment process; low manufacturing costs; and a simple structure and high reliability when in use.
