Abstract:
Provided is a simple and convenient anti-loosening nut. The anti-loosening nut is provided with an inner conical concave cavity nut (1) and an outer conical boss nut (2) which is used in a matching manner with same, wherein a conical portion of the matching nut is configured into a matching helical progressive locking structure, and an opening-type through groove is provided at a boss portion of the outer conical nut; by means of the formed intermittent annular progressive locking structure, the boss portion of the nut can be deformed along with a locking action of the concave cavity nut (1) so as to lock a bolt (3), or to lock tightly to form an disconnected meshing shape with teeth of the bolt (3) to enhance the locking efficiency on the bolt (3); and by means of the anti-loosening nut, the reliability of the overall effect can be ensured by means of multiple uniform stresses of the double nuts and the provided conical annular progressive structure, thereby achieving the expected aim of the nuts not being able to loosen after being locked without impairing the normal characteristics of the bolt.
