Abstract:
A simple assembly-type razor system (100), comprising one or more blades (10) and a head frame (20) and a guard component (30) which jointly form an integer by means of two-shot injection molding. The guard component is formed by mixing a water-soluble polymer and a hydrophobic polymer and then molding the mixture on a front side wall (21) of the head frame. The head frame is provided with an accommodating space (22); the blade is located in the accommodating space; the left end of the blade is assembled on a left side wall (23) of the head frame; and the right end of the blade is assembled on a right side wall (24) of the head frame. According to the simple assembly-type razor system, an assembly relationship between the guard component and the head frame can be simplified, and in addition to the effect of stretching skin for protection, the guard component also has a lubricating effect, thereby realizing the integration of protection and lubrication in the guard component.
