Abstract:
A shield part (60) composed of conductors (61a to 61e) to which a low voltage is to be applied is provided between a lower electrode (40), an upper electrode (50) and a low-voltage circuit area (20). The shield part is provided with an eaves portion (63) that is positioned higher than the low-voltage circuit area, with the stacking direction of the lower electrode and the upper electrode as the height direction, and extends away from the lower electrode and the upper electrode.
