Abstract:
A signal sampling circuit (40) and a semiconductor memory, the signal sampling circuit (40) comprising: a signal input circuit (41), used for determining an instruction signal to be processed and a chip select signal to be processed; a clock receiving circuit (42), used for receiving an initial clock signal and performing frequency-division processing on the initial clock signal, so as to obtain a first clock signal; a sampling logic circuit (43), used for performing, according to the first clock signal, two-stage sampling processing and logic operation processing on said chip select signal, so as to obtain a chip select clock signal, the chip select clock signal comprising two pulses, and the width of each pulse being a preset clock cycle; and a decoding circuit (44), used for performing, according to said chip select signal and the chip select clock signal, decoding processing and sampling processing on said instruction signal, so as to obtain a target instruction signal.
