A sidetracking tool, comprising: an outer tube string (10), an oblique device, a branch tube string (50), a drill bit (54), intertube cross-transmission systems and a power supply system, wherein the oblique device is fixedly connected to the outer tube string, the drill bit is connected below the branch tube string, and the outer diameter of the branch tube string is smaller than the inner diameter of an outer tube body; the branch tube string is inserted into the outer tube body; the intertube cross-transmission systems comprise intertube communication devices (90) and/or intertube power cross-transmission devices (800); the intertube cross-transmission systems include an oblique-device-end intertube cross-transmission system and a drill-string-end intertube cross-transmission system; the oblique-device-end intertube cross-transmission system comprises an oblique-device-end communication device (91) and/or an oblique-device-end power cross-transmission device, and the drill-string-end intertube cross-transmission system comprises a drill-string-end communication device (92) and/or a drill-string-end power cross-transmission device; and the oblique-device-end intertube cross-transmission system is arranged on the outer tube string or the oblique device, and the drill-string-end intertube cross-transmission system is arranged on the branch tube string.
