Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a first shock-absorbing member which is provided between a frame forming the skeleton of a vehicle and an outer structure situated on the outer side of the frame in the vehicle and which is placed so as to be deformed in preference to the frame in an impacted state where the outer structure is deformed or displaced toward the frame due to an impact load exerted on the outer structure; a second shock-absorbing member placed between the frame and the outer structure; and a switch part which can switch the placement condition of the second shock-absorbing member between a first placement condition, under which the second shock-absorbing member wards off an impact load in an impacted state, and a second placement condition, under which the second shock-absorbing member receives an impact load in an impacted state so as to be deformed in conjunction with the first shock-absorbing member.
