A shock-absorbing support (10), comprising: a mounting support (11); a base (12), which is separated from the mounting support (11); and a plurality of shock-absorbing elements (13), wherein one end of each of the shock-absorbing elements (13) is connected to the mounting support (11), and the other end is connected to the base (12); at least three of the shock-absorbing elements (13) are first shock-absorbing elements (13a), and at least one of the remaining shock-absorbing elements is a second shock-absorbing element (13b); the at least three first shock-absorbing elements (13a) are located on a horizontal plane, and the at least one second shock-absorbing element (13b) is located on the side of the horizontal plane; the orthographic projection of the at least one second shock-absorbing element (13b) on a vertical plane is located at a first corner of a triangle; and among the at least three first shock-absorbing elements (13a), the orthographic projection of at least one first shock-absorbing element on the vertical plane is located at a second corner of the triangle, and the orthographic projection of at least one of the remaining first shock-absorbing elements is located at a third corner of the triangle.
