Abstract:
Disclosed in one embodiment of the present invention is a shock-absorbing sheet, comprising: a base sheet containing a repetitive pattern of incisions and having a two-dimensional shape that is activated by an external stimulus; and a filler with which the pattern of incisions is filled, wherein the pattern of incisions includes first incision parts and second incision parts forming a plurality of rows, and in each of the plurality of rows, the first incision parts extend in a first direction, and the second incision parts extend between the first incision parts in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction and are positioned spaced apart from the first incision parts.
