Abstract:
The present invention provides a shifting device (10) that can shift a torque transmission path smoothly even if a clutch plate is worn. The shifting device (10) comprises: a first conversion device (20) that converts the torque of a torque generation device (12) into a thrust force; a first friction clutch (30) that performs engagement by the thrust force from the first conversion device (20); a second conversion device (40) that converts, into a thrust force, torque generated as a result of the engagement of the first friction clutch (30); a spring (55), the force of which is to be balanced with the thrust force from the second conversion device (40); and a second friction clutch (50) that performs engagement by the force from the spring (55), wherein when the second friction clutch (50) is engaged, the torque of a driving shaft (11) is output via a second path (R2), and when the second friction clutch (50) is shuts off torque transmission, the torque of the driving shaft (11) is output via a first path (R1), which includes the first friction clutch (30) and second conversion device (40).
