Abstract:
This shift selector device is applied to a vehicle equipped with an automated driving system (60), and comprises: an input member (11); a position setting mechanism (12, 212, 312, 412, 512, 612, 712, 812, 912, 1012, 1112, 1212, 1312); and a startup control unit (13). The position setting mechanism restricts the range of movement of the input member, and within the range of movement, a plurality of shift positions (17) and at least one startup position (18), which is associated with the automated driving system, are provided. If the startup position is selected by displacing the input member, the startup control unit outputs a startup command for the control function of the automated driving system which is associated with this startup position.
