Abstract:
Provided is a shift operation device capable of reducing wear of a shift fork. A sleeve (11) of a shift operation device (10) comprises an annular sleeve body (12), and an annular first projecting part (14) projecting radially outward from an outer circumferential surface (13) of the sleeve body (12). A shift fork (20) comprises: an annular fork body (21) that is disposed radially outside the sleeve body (12); an annular second projecting part (24) that projects radially inward from an inner circumferential surface (23) of the fork body (21) and is disposed to be aligned with the first projecting part (14) in the axial direction; an annular ring (40) that holds the first projecting part (14) between the second projecting part (2) and the ring (40) in the axial direction; and a coupling member (50). A first groove (42) extending in the circumferential direction is formed on an outer circumferential surface (41) of the ring (40). The coupling member (50) is disposed in a space created by the first groove (42) and a second groove (27) formed in the fork body (21).
