Abstract:
A shield construction control system, a control method, and a tunnel boring machine. The shield construction control system comprises a control assembly (100). The control assembly (100) comprises: at least two thrust cylinder groups (4); at least two first control valve groups (1), which are connected to the at least two thrust cylinder groups (4) in one-to-one correspondence; and a second control valve group (2) configured to operably cause hydraulic oil to enter the thrust cylinder groups (4), and adjust the pressure of the hydraulic oil entering the thrust cylinder groups (4). The shield construction control system comprises an excavation and segment installation asynchronization mode and an excavation and segment installation synchronization mode; in the excavation and segment installation asynchronization mode, the at least two thrust cylinder groups (4) are configured in such a manner that oil intake of all of the at least two thrust cylinder groups (4) is controlled by the at least two first control valve groups (1); in the excavation and segment installation synchronization mode, the at least two thrust cylinder groups (4) are configured in such a manner that oil intake of a first part of the thrust cylinder groups (4) is controlled by the second control valve group (2), and oil intake of the rest, i.e., a second part, of the thrust cylinder groups (4) is controlled by some of the at least two first control valve groups (1).
