Abstract:
A shield conductor structure and a connector. The connector comprises a shield conductor structure. The shield conductor structure comprises a shield conductor (10) formed by stamping and an insulator assembly (20) arranged outside the shield conductor (10). At least one fixing member (30) protruding outwards and used for connecting the insulator assembly (20) is arranged on the shield conductor (10), and the insulator assembly (20) is injection-molded on the outer side of the shield conductor (10) and covers the fixing member (30). The shield conductor structure can be produced by combining a stamping process and an injection molding process, and the formation does not require an existing machining process or a die-casting process any more; mold making, production and processing can be carried out in the stamping process and the injection molding process, so that mass production is facilitated, and the overall costs are reduced; meanwhile, the stamping process and the injection molding process are combined, so that the weight of a product is reduced, achieving the purpose of product lightweight.
