Abstract:
The quad-clutch gearbox with two sets of synchronizer for all gears is includes: two input shafts (one for the even gears and the other for the odd gears), four multi-plate clutch, two oneway clutch, two stepper motor, eleven sun gears and four planetary gears sets, one electronic control unit and differential. The systems of quad-clutches and two one-way clutches causes time of the delayed at gear shifting almost mere 0 milliseconds. Also shape and structure sun and planetary gear eliminates synchronizer and shift rail and reduces the length of the input and eliminates output shaft and makes the Ideal gearbox. All of these features make the gearbox smaller, lighter, easier and safer and more efficient.
