Abstract:
A shaft distance-adjustable dual-shaft extruder, comprising a body (1), an extrusion device (2), and an adjustment device (3). The body (1) comprises a plurality of side plates (11) and a collection hopper (12), at least two opposite side plates (11) are arranged in parallel, two first sliding grooves (111) and two second sliding grooves (112) are formed on each of the two opposite side plates (11) in a symmetrical manner, and the lower ends of the side plates (11) are connected to the collection hopper (12); the extrusion device (2) comprises two extrusion rollers (21) and two power devices (22) having one-to-one correspondence to the extrusion rollers (21), and each extrusion roller (21) comprises a rotation shaft (211), an extrusion unit (212), a driving gear (214), and a driven gear (213); the adjustment device (3) comprises a carrier plate (31) and a lifting/lowering mechanism (32), a moving end of the lifting/lowering mechanism (32) is fixedly connected to the carrier plate (31), and the two power devices (22) are arranged on the carrier plate (31). According to this shaft distance-adjustable dual-shaft extruder, an extrusion gap can be increased, so that objects that cannot fall into the original extrusion gap between the two extrusion rollers (21) can be brought into a slightly larger extrusion gap by the two extrusion rollers (21), and then smoothly extruded and crushed by the two extrusion rollers (21).
