Abstract:
The present invention pertains to a shaft coupling (also called a spacer coupling) that couples both a motor shaft and a pump shaft in a separated state. Further, the present invention pertains to a pump device provided with such a shaft coupling. A shaft coupling (10) is provided with a first inner peripheral surface (23) capable of contacting an outer peripheral surface of a motor shaft (6), a second inner peripheral surface (24) capable of contacting an outer peripheral surface of a pump shaft (1), a step part (26) protruding from the first inner peripheral surface (23) toward a radial direction inner side and capable of contacting an end part of the motor shaft (6) and a spacer part (28) positioned between the step part (26) and the second inner peripheral surface (24).
