Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a session control device with which it is possible to suppress any increase in the load on a communication device constituting a network. A session control device (10) according to the present disclosure comprises: a communication unit (11) for receiving, from a communication terminal positioned in a communication area within which a first local network is formed, a request message requesting communication with a second data network capable of connecting to a second local network; an identification unit (12) for identifying a VPN service capable of connecting to the second data network and a communication device used in connection to the VPN service, the communication device being disposed within the first local network; and a control unit (13) for establishing a session between the communication terminal and the communication device.
