Abstract:
Provided in the present application are a serving cell updating method, a communication apparatus, a storage medium and a terminal device. The method comprises: receiving TCI activation indication information for activating at least one TCI state; and determining cell updating information of the at least one TCI state according to the at least one TCI state, wherein the cell updating information is used for indicating whether a serving cell is updated. By means of the solution of the present application, whether the serving cell is updated can be indicated when the TCI state is active, thereby realizing a cell handover in a scenario where the TCI state is active.
