Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a technology with which it is possible to easily and accurately record services. This service management device is provided with: an authentication management unit that, upon receiving biometric information of a provider and a user of a service at a prescribed service facility, identifies each of the provider and the user of the service using the biometric information; a service recording unit that, upon receiving input of the content of the service, records the service as a service that has been provided by the provider to the user; and an aggregation unit that aggregates usage fees for the recorded service for each user.
