Abstract:
The purpose of the present disclosure is to encourage the users of air conditioners that can run even with refrigerant leaks to voluntarily request refrigerant leak repair. A server system 2 according to the present disclosure comprises: a storage unit 49 that stores warranty contract information 614 indicating whether or not a warranty contract covering refrigerant leak repair of each air conditioner is available; an acquisition unit 41 that acquires a leak notification indicating that refrigerant leakage from a prescribed air conditioner 7 has been detected; and a transmission unit 41 that transmits notification information including the warranty contract information 614 corresponding to the prescribed air conditioner 7 to an information terminal 6 used by the user of the prescribed air conditioner 7.
