Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are a separator paste, a preparation method therefor and a separator for alkaline water electrolysis. The preparation method for the separator paste comprises a step of mixing three feed liquids formed after raw material A passes through porous membrane A, raw material B passes through porous membrane B and raw material C passes through porous membrane C, raw material A being a mixed liquid of inorganic nanoparticles and a solvent, raw material B being a mixed liquid of a binder and a solvent, raw material C being a mixed liquid of an organic high-molecular polymer and a solvent, the pore size of porous membrane A being 1000-2000nm, the pore size of porous membrane B being 500-1000nm, and the pore size of porous membrane C being 400-800nm. In the present invention, the specific raw materials pass through the porous membranes having specific pore sizes, such that the component feed liquids each form a plurality of tiny droplets, and finally are mixed to form the uniform paste. The separator prepared from the paste of the present invention has a narrow pore size distribution, controllable pore sizes and relatively high ion permeability and bubble point.
