Abstract:
Provided in the present application is a separation apparatus for a high-temperature gas-solid mixed phase. The apparatus comprises: a vortex-shaped vortex flow channel, which comprises at least one ring of side walls; a first water spray opening which is arranged in an inner side face of a first side wall and extends from one end of the vortex flow channel to the other end thereof in a longitudinal direction, the first water spray opening being in communication with a water pump, and spraying water under the action of the water pump, so that an inner side face of each side wall in the at least one ring of side walls is covered with a water film; and an outlet flow channel arranged at the tail end of a first flow channel in at least one cylindrical flow channel, the outlet flow channel being in communication with the first flow channel and a gas-liquid separation device, and the gas-liquid separation device comprising an exhaust device and a drainage device. A high-temperature gas-solid mixed phase containing molten particles passes through a first opening, is injected to the inner side face of the first side wall and enters the at least one cylindrical flow channel. The high-temperature gas-solid mixed phase containing molten particles in the at least one cylindrical flow channel flows in the at least one cylindrical flow channel under the driving of the exhaust device.
