The present invention relates to a sensor cartridge for diagnosis, which is configured to sense a sample to perform diagnosis, and a diagnosis method using same. The sensor cartridges for diagnosis comprises: an upper plate portion including an inlet through which a sample or buffer solution or water is injected, the inlet being provided with a sensor for sensing a target material; a middle plate portion provided at the lower end of the upper plate portion and including a circulation channel connected to the inlet, the sample or buffer solution or the water injected through the inlet being circulated through the circulation channel; and a lower plate portion provided at the lower end of the middle plate portion and having a discharge chamber connected to the circulation channel.
