Abstract:
This semiconductor device comprises: a semiconductor element that oscillates and radiates electromagnetic waves; a base having a housing space in which the semiconductor element is housed; and a first wave tube including a first waveguide in communication with the housing space. The first waveguide is configured such that the electromagnetic waves are transmitted in a fundamental mode. The housing space is a resonant space in which the electromagnetic waves resonate in a high-order mode.
