Abstract:
Provided is a semi-submersible type waterproof breather valve, comprising a valve bonnet (10) and a valve body mechanism (20). The valve body mechanism (20) comprises an assembling column body (21) and a connecting column body (22). A spiral cover of the valve bonnet (10) covers the assembling column body (21). A first end of the assembling column body (21) is fixedly mounted on the connecting column body (22). The connecting part of the assembling column body (21) and the connecting column body (22) extends projectively towards a circumferential side to form a flange ring (23). An oblique cutting plane (211) is formed at a second end of the assembling column body (21). A countersunk head vent hole (214) penetrating through the assembling column body (21) and the connecting column body (22) is formed in the oblique cutting plane (211). The oblique cutting plane (211) is covered with a flat plate-shaped waterproof gas-permeable membrane (25). Water drops on the waterproof gas-permeable membrane (25) can fall off the waterproof gas-permeable membrane at any time without being accumulated; and the waterproof gas-permeable membrane (25) can be manufactured into simple flat plate-shaped without forming a middle bulge through hot press molding, so that the manufacturing process is remarkably simplified and the manufacturing difficulty and cost are reduced.
