Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are a semi-finished positive electrode material, and a preparation method and preparation device for a positive electrode material. According to the present invention, a sintering reactor for preparing a positive electrode material comprises a reactor shell, a heater, a feed port, a discharge port, and at least two material carrying platforms connected in series, wherein the feed port and the discharge port are located at two ends of the reactor shell; the heater and the material carrying platforms are located in the reactor shell; the heater is used for heating materials; the material carrying platforms are used for conveying the materials from the feed port to the discharge port; and the material carrying platforms can vibrate. The preparation method for a positive electrode material of the present invention comprises a granulation procedure and a sintering procedure. According to the method of the present invention, after granulation, particles have fluidity and a greater particle density, which is conducive to the permeation of oxygen or air between raw material particles, and also facilitates the conduction of heat into the particles, such that the consistency of product quality is improved, and the reaction sintering time is reduced.
