Abstract:
A self-sharpening filter stick forming and cutting mechanism. The mechanism comprises a filter stick guide tube (1), a cigarette cutting tube (3), a smoke cutting tube support (4), a handle (5), an eccentric wheel (6), a supporting base (7), a cutter head (8), a cutter (9), an upper sharpening device (10), a lower sharpening device (11), a cutter shaft (12), an electric motor (13) and a driving mechanism (14). A filter stick is cut under the condition of the cutter (9) not being moved back and forth, and in addition, a cutting edge of the cutter (9) can be continuously corrected by means of the upper sharpening device (10) and the lower sharpening device (11) during a filter stick cutting process of the cutter (9), such that the cutter (9) is always kept in a sharp state.
