Abstract:
A self-maintenance bearing for an asynchronous motor of a electric vehicle, the bearing comprising an inner ring (1), a closed annular plate (2), an outer ring (3), a cage (4) and a roller (5). A closed liquid storage cavity is formed between the inner ring and the outer ring by means of the closed annular plate. The cage is arranged between the inner ring and the outer ring. The roller is rotationally arranged in the cage, and the roller and the inner ring are in rolling fit with the outer ring. Further comprised are an outer ring housing (6), a liquid pumping apparatus (7) and a driving apparatus (8). A closed oil filtering cavity is formed between the outer ring housing and the outer ring. The liquid pumping apparatus used for exchanging lubricating oil between the liquid storage cavity and the oil filtering cavity is arranged between the outer ring housing and the outer ring. The driving apparatus for driving the liquid pumping apparatus is arranged on the front side of the outer ring. The bearing can extract lubricating oil with relatively high temperature in the liquid storage cavity, and discharge the lubricating oil with relatively high temperature into the oil filtering cavity for cooling, so that heat generated by friction between the roller and the inner ring and between the roller and the outer ring can be quickly dissipated, and the service life of the bearing is prolonged.
