Abstract:
A self-luminous display device and an in-pixel compensation circuit. The in-pixel compensation circuit comprises a first drive TFT (11) connected to a light emitting component (30), a first switch TFT (12), and a storage capacitor (20, Cst) located between the first drive TFT (11) and the first switch TFT (12), wherein an access point (PIX) is located between the first switch TFT (12) and the storage capacitor (20, Cst). A charging of the first drive TFT (11), an inputting of a data voltage (Vdata) and an extraction of a threshold voltage (Vth) of the first drive TFT (11), a compensation for the threshold voltage (Vth) of the first drive TFT (11), and an enabling of the light emitting component (30) to enter a light emitting phase (T4) are sequentially performed during the consecutive first time interval (T1), second time interval (T2), third time interval (T3), and fourth time interval (T4). The invention connects the first drive TFT (11) to a diode to extract the threshold voltage (Vth) of the first switch TFT (12), and compensates a drive voltage of the first drive TFT (11) by means of a capacitor coupling effect, thereby eliminating the adverse effect of non-uniformity or drifting of the threshold voltage (Vth) on display performance .
