Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a self-cleaning filter press for waste battery recycling capable of avoiding material caking, comprising a support bottom plate. Two extension plates are fixedly mounted at the top of the support bottom plate, a separation box is fixedly mounted between the tops of the two extension plates, a hydraulic crushing mechanism is provided on the outer surface wall of the support bottom plate, a material separation mechanism is provided on the outer surface wall of the separation box, and a cleaning mechanism is provided on one side of the outer wall of the separation box. Hydrolysis treatment is performed on a mixed solution by utilizing clear water in a water storage tank. After aluminum and copper having a relatively heavy mass are completely precipitated into a collection base, cobalt and lithium located on the upper layer of the solution are discharged out of a recycling box, and the cobalt and the lithium in the solution are extracted in the later stage, thereby recycling metal elements by a device, effectively preventing heavy metals such as cobalt from being directly discharged to the external environment with solid residues along with the cleaning of the device, and preventing the cobalt from causing harm to humans living in a discharge area.
