Abstract:
A self-balancing pipeline apparatus, comprising a water intake pipe (1) and a water discharge pipe (2). A water discharge end of the water discharge pipe (2) is connected to a dynamic differential pressure balance valve (3); the dynamic differential pressure balance valve (3) comprises a differential pressure valve body (31), a valve rod (32), a diaphragm (33), a spring (34), a lower cover (35), and an upper cover (36); the upper cover (36) is threadedly connected to a cylindrical valve core (8), and the valve core (8) sleeved by a hand wheel (9); an upper end of the valve rod (32) is threadedly connected to an adjustment sleeve (10); the spring (34) is sleeved outside of the adjustment sleeve (10) and an upper end of the spring (34) abuttingly contacts a flange (101) of the adjustment sleeve (10); a cylindrical connecting sleeve (11) which is circumferentially fixed to the hand wheel (9) is provided in the adjustment sleeve (10), and a limiting screw rod (12) which abuttingly contacts the top end of the valve rod (32) is threadedly connected in the connecting sleeve (11); and a water intake end of the water intake pipe (1) is connected to a water intake balance valve (13), and a pressure guide pipe (7) is in communication with a water intake cavity of the water intake balance valve (13). The described self-balancing pipeline apparatus is convenient to fabricate and has high adjustment precision.
