Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a sectional type feeding device for a rotary kiln, comprising a rotary kiln feeding base, a feeding barrel, a material compartment communicated with the feeding barrel, a side pushing motor fixed to the rotary kiln feeding base, a combustion furnace, a height adjusting assembly, and a barrel snap-fit assembly. The feeding barrel comprises a barrel wall and a pushing screw rod rotatably mounted in the barrel wall; the pushing screw rod comprises a coarse material crushing section and a fine material crushing section; the coarse material crushing section is located directly below the material compartment; and the side pushing motor pushes the feeding barrel to be close to or away from the combustion furnace. The feeding barrel and the combustion furnace are fixed and snap-fitted by using the barrel snap-fit assembly, such that the problem that the feeding barrel and the combustion furnace are prone to disengagement is solved; the height of the barrel during feeding is adjusted by using the height adjusting assembly, such that the problem that deviation is prone to being caused in the long-time use process is solved; and the coarse material crushing section is used for pre-crushing, such that the problem that the screw rod is prone to damage is solved.
