The present application provides a secondary battery and an electric device comprising same. The secondary battery comprises a positive electrode sheet, a negative electrode sheet, and an electrolyte. The porosity of the positive electrode sheet is A, and the porosity of the negative electrode sheet is B. The electrolyte comprises a first component. The first component comprises one or more of compounds as represented by formula 1, and the weight percentage of the first component in the electrolyte is D1. The secondary battery meets the following relations: 0.80≤A/B≤1.20 and 0.14≤100D1/B≤1.50. The secondary battery of the present application can achieve high energy density and good cycle performance and power performance.
