Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a seaway planning device in which a waypoint and a ground point thereof can be easily set. [Solution] A seaway planning device comprises: a display unit which displays a nautical chart on a screen; an operation unit which designates the position on the screen; a storage unit which stores one or more ground point candidates that can be the ground points of waypoints in association with the positions thereof; a point setting unit which sets waypoints in the nautical chart in accordance with the user operation received by the operation unit; a candidate acquisition unit which acquires, from the storage unit, ground point candidates within the range based on the set waypoints; and a ground point determination unit which determines, from among the acquired ground point candidates, the ground points of the set waypoints.
