Abstract:
The present application relates to the field of vehicle interior manufacturing, and in particular relates to a seat cover preparation method and a device. The method comprises: acquiring a seat cover three-dimensional model; analyzing the seat cover three-dimensional model to obtain a preset fixing position of a seat cover fixing member, a preset operational parameter of a weaving needle, and a preset operational trajectory of the weaving needle; fixing the seat cover fixing member at the preset fixing position according to the preset fixing position; controlling the operation of the weaving needle on the basis of the preset fixing position, the preset operational parameter, and the preset operational trajectory to obtain the seat cover, wherein the preset operation trajectory uses the preset fixing position as a trajectory frame. Raw material loss in a seat cover manufacturing process is reduced, thereby reducing manufacturing costs, improving production efficiency, and reducing environmental pollution during the manufacturing process.
