Abstract:
A sealing tooth chain, comprising outer chain plates (1) and inner chain plates (2). The outer chain plates (1) and the inner chain plates (2) are connected by means of pin shafts (3) to form a tooth chain. The outer chain plates (1) are mounted on the outer sides of the inner chain plates (2) and used for connecting to the inner chain plates (2) adjacent thereto in the radial direction. Multiple layers of inner chain plates (2) are disposed between the outer chain plates (1) on two axial sides, and a continuous tooth profile engaged with sprocket teeth is formed between the multiple layers of inner chain plates (2) in the radial direction. A sealing chain plate (4) or a sealing ring (5) is disposed between the inner chain plates (2) that are adjacent in the axial direction, and a sealing ring (5) or a sealing chain plate (4) is disposed between each inner chain plate (2) and the corresponding outer chain plate (1). The outer chain plates (1), the inner chain plates (2), the sealing chain plates (4) and/or the sealing rings (5) are all sleeved on the pin shafts (3) to form closed structures outside the pin shafts (3). The tooth profile orientation of the sealing chain plates (4) is consistent and overlaps with the tooth profile orientation of the inner chain plates (2), and the two sides of the tooth profiles of the sealing chain plates (4) protrude out of the two sides of the tooth profiles of the inner chain plates (2).
