Title:
SEALING SCREW WITH IDENTIFYING CODE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2012/169643
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Sealing screws can be unsealed by means of the method of destroying the screw head and pulling out the screw section, and then it is possible to re-seal with a separate screw of the same type. In other words, it is not possible to determine that the seal was continuous even if sealed by a sealing screw. In the present invention, insert molding or the like by means of resin or the like is performed at a main screw body, the screw head is sealed, and a screw is used having a breaking plane that breakes at a set tightening torque at the outer peripheral side of the sealed section. An identifying code that allocates a different code to each user group is attached to the sealed section. It is possible to determine that another group has not performed unsealing if sealed by a sealing screw with an identifying code that is the same as when sealing with the sealing screw.
