Abstract:
A sealing method for a refrigeration system pipeline, wherein, the pipeline comprises an inner insertion pipe (200) and an outer sleeve (100), the sealing method comprises: inserting the inner insertion pipe (200) into the outer sleeve (100) to connect the two; using a sealing device to cover the butt joint of the outer sleeve (100) and the inner insertion pipe (200); and injecting a sealant (101) into a glue storage cavity (510) of the sealing device through an injection port (501) on the sealing device. The sealing device is combined with the sealant (101) to seal the pipeline, so that the problems of flame brazing in the existing refrigerator are avoided, the operation is safe, the sealing process is simplified, and standardized execution is easy; moreover, the sealing device is used to cover the pipeline first, the sealant (101) is then injected to seal the pipeline, which can obtain a better sealing effect.
