Abstract:
Disclosed are a sealed cobalt removal tooling, a method, a reagent and a polycrystalline diamond compact, the tooling comprising a seal sleeve, a clamping mechanism and a compressing mechanism, wherein the seal sleeve is used for being sleeved on an outer wall of a workpiece, the clamping mechanism is sleeved on an outer wall of the seal sleeve for providing a first pressure to the seal sleeve, and the compressing mechanism is disposed on the top of the seal sleeve for providing a second pressure to the seal sleeve. The compressing mechanism has an inner cavity for holding chemical reagents, and the top of the workpiece can extend into the inner cavity. The present application has the advantages of prolonging the overall service life of the tooling, improving the reaction rate of chemical reagents, having a cobalt removal depth of 1200 um or more, and meeting the demand of ultra-deep cobalt removal of a workpiece.
